Four Grok Bot templates: Coordinator, Writer, Researcher and Inbox. Each one has one job and standing orders. Its routines arrive paused. Add them from a public link, rename each bot, and connect your own apps. No purchase needed.
- Coordinator: ranks the week, turns a brief into tasks, hands them to the other bots, writes the morning brief and the Friday scorecard, and raises Approvals rows.
- Writer: drafts copy, captions, emails and posts into your Content Calendar.
- Researcher: watches competitors and topics, with links, time and confidence.
- Inbox: sorts mail into Urgent, Action, FYI and Hold, and drafts replies.
Why add a board: The Crew works best with a board. The Notion boards give your bots a place to log every run, hold approvals and track campaigns.

Every bot in the Crew carries the same standing order: nothing is sent, spent, hired, published or deleted until you give an exact yes that names the item. A general “ok” isn’t a yes. Anything with money, anything public and anything outbound becomes an Approvals row, and the bot stops there.

What you need first: A Grok Bot plan (SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus or a paid Cursor plan). A Notion account. Logins for the apps you want connected (Notion, plus Slack or email if you want them). You sign in yourself. We never ask for your passwords.

- You get one reschedule in total: give us at least 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss your session, we’ll offer you one new time.
- Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice counts as a missed session.
- If you miss a session after your one reschedule is used, it’s forfeited with no refund.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a refund of the $497 setup fee.
- If you don’t book within 14 days, we refund the $497 setup fee automatically.
- If we can’t offer you a time within 14 days, we refund the $497 setup fee.
- Once the session is delivered, the setup fee can’t be refunded.
- Your Pro plan follows the same refund and cancel rules as every plan.
- Setup isn’t ongoing management. Results vary; we don’t promise any business result.

FAQ
Is the Crew really free?
Yes. The four Crew bots are free Grok Bot templates with public links. You don’t need to buy anything to add them. You do need Grok Bot.
What is Grok Bot, and why do I need it?
Grok Bot is where your bots live. Each bot keeps its own name, job, memory, skills and routines, and bots can message each other and work together in group chats. The Crew are Grok Bot templates, so you need Grok Bot to add them. It comes with SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus or a paid Cursor plan. We don’t provide a Grok account.
Can I use the Notion boards without Grok Bot?
Yes. The Mission Control and Approvals boards work on their own in Notion. You need Grok Bot for the Crew, skills and routines.
Will the bots act without me?
They’re built not to. Every Crew bot carries the house rule: nothing is sent, spent, published or deleted without your exact yes. Money, public and outbound items become an Approvals row and the bot stops. Start Here gives you three Auto-review “Ask first” rules to paste for sending, spending and publishing. Routines arrive paused, and they prepare and recommend. They don’t act on their own.
How does delivery work?
For the boards: right after you pay, your thank-you page shows your links. The same links come by email from admin@eagleonemktg.com. Click Duplicate to copy each board into your Notion. Installed buyers get the Pro links plus a scheduling link to book their session. The Crew is free from the links on this page.

How long does setup take?
